Grave Error #3
This from L Wyndham Jolly, who writes: 'I took the photo at the large cemetery in Reading a few summers ago. It's a great place, spooky, massively overgrown (they literally push up the daisies), and haunted by a muntjac deer that leaps out at you. Not something I was expecting, believe me.'
Thanks, L!

Word of God
Ungood Health
Thanks to Carla, who writes: 'While looking through a patient's chart I ran into this typo.' Apparently it's supposed to say 'disk'. Poor old bugger's in a seriously bad way. As long as someone's getting a smile out of it though, eh?
Thanks, Carla!

Stolen Ungoods
I’ve been checking out a few other bad language sites, and I did a little bit of pilfering...
This, from Apostrophe Abuse, is perfect...
This, from The “Blog” of “Unnecessary” Quotation Marks, made me smile...
And this, from Apostrophism, is wholly delightful...
Just 10 days to go. How exciting.

Grave Errors
Charlie writes: ‘I found the first one online but it reminded me of this photo I took on campus at Sunderland University last year. It's a plaque in front of a tree planted in memory of a young girl cut down in her prime. A tree of knowledge. If you will. Tragic.’
Thanks, Charlie.

Screamers!!!!!
Thanks to Charles, who writes: 'From a pub in shoreditch I think. The repeated exclamation marks, or "screamers" as I like to call them, probably annoy more than the bad grammar.'
