Thanks to Carla, who writes: 'While looking through a patient's chart I ran into this typo.' Apparently it's supposed to say 'disk'. Poor old bugger's in a seriously bad way. As long as someone's getting a smile out of it though, eh?

Even "disk" would be incorrect, being short for "diskette" in computer terminology (as opposed to "disc"). So that's 50% of the letters wrong. Probably a combination of misspelling and typo... never good.
